August 2007: New opening hours, due to increasing demand we have installed a new phone system meaning we take calls 7 days a week betwen 8.00am and 10.30pm, plus we deliver and collect in the evenings also to fit in with busy people's lifestyles.

September 2007: New delivery vehicle, increasing demand plus having to collect and deliver from some outlying areas means a larger delivery vehicle. The new vehicle doubles our capacity for deliveries and collections and has full hanging space for shirts and longer garments. We have fully offset the carbon emissions for the next 40,000 miles to help the environment. Delivery and collection are free for all orders over £10

October 2007: A busy month with many new customers, getting darker in the evenings so will have to get used to making deliveries and collections in the dark. Introduced new laundry bags and boxes to keep ironing for our customers organised and clean during transit and storage. New racking system installed to cope with increased capacity.

November 2007: New advertising campaign hits and the phone has not stopped ringing, great to meet lots of new customers.

December 2007: More new equipment, powerful steam generator and pro-ironing table, makes ironing quicker and more comfortable whilst maintaining high quality standards. Keep waiting for it to slow down for Christmas but no sign of that yet...

January 2008: Happy New Year to all our ironing customers! January has been our busiest month yet and has seem many new ironing customers in Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay Kent. The weather has been a bit of a challenge, with high winds, rain, more rain and later in the month ice, at least we have not had snow yet! We look forward to welcoming many new clients for ironing throughout Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable Kent during 2008.

Febuary 2008: Glad to see the back of winter in our little corner of Kent, the days are getting longer and early signs of spring are around us. battling through winter storms to our ironing customers in Herne Bay, Whitstable and Canterbury Kent has been a challenge with high winds and lots of rain. We have many new ironing customers throughout East Kent this month and have invested in some new laundry bags, which are free to repeat ironing customers, if you want one just ask!

March 2008: People often ask us which areas we cover with our ironing service, so for the record these are the areas covered by our ironing service in Kent: (in alphabetical order) Beltinge, Blean, Broad Oak, Broomfield, Canterbury, Chestfield, Dargate, Eddington, Fordwich, Herne, Herne Bay, Herne Common, Hernhill, Hoath, Littlebourne, Nackington, Pean Hill, Reculver, Seasalter, Sturry, Swalecliffe, Tyler Hill, Whitstable, Yorklets. We pick up / deliver to/ from these areas Mon - Fri usually within 24-48hrs.

April 2008: The lighter evenings are much appreciated, bumbling around in the dark delivering was not a lot of fun. April was another busy month so many thanks to all our regular and new customers. People ask us who do you iron for? The answer is there is one thing that all our customers have in common - they are busy people! Sometimes it is a one off, where the ironing has mounted up after a holiday for instance, more often it is a regular weekly collection and delivery, where people are busy working or commuting during the week and just don't have the time or the inclination to spend their valuable spare time ironing. All our ironing is delivered back either hung or folded, all you have to do is put it away!

May 2008: A very busy month, in fact our busiest ever, many thanks to all our customers. Looking forward to the lovely English summer (ha,ha!), no sign of it yet...
